Sweet Refund Policy

At THE RAJWADA, we take pride in offering an exceptional dining experience inspired by royal Indian heritage. We understand that plans can change, and we strive to accommodate our guests with a fair and transparent policy regarding reservations, cancellations, and refunds.

Reservation Cancellations

  • If you need to cancel or modify your reservation, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to allow us to serve other guests.
  • For group bookings or special events, cancellations made within 48 hours of the reservation date may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Refund Policy

  • Payments made for advance reservations or pre-booked dining experiences are non-refundable but can be rescheduled for a later date (subject to availability).
  • In case of any service-related concerns during your visit, we encourage you to speak with our management immediately so we can address and resolve the issue to your satisfaction.

Order Cancellations (Takeaway & Delivery)

  • Orders placed for takeaway or delivery cannot be cancelled once they are prepared.
  • If an order is cancelled before preparation begins, a full refund may be processed. Please contact us immediately for assistance.

Exceptional Cases

  • In the rare event of an issue with your order (e.g., incorrect or missing items), please reach out to us within 30 minutes of receiving your order. We will do our best to resolve the matter promptly.
  • Refunds or replacements will be considered on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of the management.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Thank you for choosing THE RAJWADA—where every meal is a royal experience!
